Marc White

As Vice-President - Workforce Management Practice/IT Consulting Practice/IT Staffing Practice, Mr. White is responsible for overseeing the IT Practice's consulting operations, staffing, and direct placement, encompassing all positions and levels of Information Technology professionals. This includes new business development, candidate recruiting, staff development, training, and existing account management.

Mr. White has over 18 years of experience in consulting and staffing within the Information Technology arena, crossing all technical platforms, applications, and software packages. Mr. White was one of the youngest individuals to reach the level of Director with Spherion in 1999, and was a Vice President in charge of the South East Region of Michigan for Time Services (2005-2009) before joining Venteon Partners. Mr. White has a proven track record of providing international organizations the exclusive technical talent needed to meet their business objectives.




Daniel Peck

Principal Consultant • Venteon Partners • Workforce Management Practice

Daniel Peck

As a Principal Consultant in the Workforce Management Practice, Mr. Peck is responsible for developing and implementing Workforce Management Solutions, as well as vendor relationship development.

Mr. Peck has a decade of experience in the Workforce Management space, including eight years with Kronos, where he was a leading implementation resource for the Workforce Scheduling application and helped facilitate the launch of the company's Indian office.

Prior to Kronos, Mr. Peck was an Implementation Consultant and Training Director for Advanced Systems International, where his responsibilities included managing relationships with external hardware vendors, software implementation, and training and software documentation development.

Mr. Peck received his Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Toledo.




Shannon Elenbaas

As a Subject Matter Expert in the Workforce Management Practice, Ms. Elenbaas is responsible for developing and implementing Workforce Management Solutions, as well as vendor relationship development.

Ms. Elenbaas joined Venteon Partners after six years as a core member of Superior Consulting (later ACS). During that time, she played an integral role in building the Workforce Management practice as a Solutions Architect, Senior Applications Consultant, and Manager. She helped pioneer Superior Consulting's Kronos partnership program. Her documentation and implementation methodologies helped Superior Consulting grow from four employees to over 25.

Beyond Workforce Management, Ms. Elenbaas helped build implementation practices for Ceridian, Lawson, and multiple HRMS systems in both Healthcare and Manufacturing.

Prior to her time at ACS/Superior, Ms. Elenbaas served in a Project Management capacity for large scale implementations at Trinity Health Systems and Harvard Industries.

Ms. Elenbaas earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baker College, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.




Jennifer Short

Jennifer Short

As a Subject Matter Expert in the Workforce Management Practice, Ms. Short is responsible for developing and implementing Workforce Management Solutions, as well as vendor relationship development.

Ms. Short offers more than 12 years of Project Management experience in her primary areas of specialization, including Project Management for all levels of human resources, payroll, time and attendance, and integrated scheduling implementations. She has extensive experience training internal and external resources on Time, Attendance, and Scheduling applications, both in the core application, and in the process of managing projects for these applications internally. She brings a broad range of skills to the table, including workshop facilitation, functional requirements, configuration support, and customized product training.

Ms. Short is an accomplished Program Manager, Project Manager, Workforce Manager and communications professional with a varied breadth of expertise across information technology platforms in implementation, process improvement and project team development. She is a creative, energetic contributor with detail-oriented organizational skills.




Kevin Wallenhorst

Kevin Wallenhorst

As a Principal Consultant in the Workforce Management Practice, Mr. Wallenhorst is responsible for developing and implementing Workforce Management Solutions, as well as vendor relationship development.

Mr. Wallenhorst has performed roles as a Manufacturing Engineer, Logistics Planner, Senior Production Analyst, Master Scheduler and has been a Senior Application Consultant/Business Analyst focused on Workforce Management since 1998. He has worked with Vovlo, Dana Corporation, Rolls Royce, Parker-Hannnifan, General Electric, Sherwin Williams and worked directly for Kronos Incorporated as a Senior Application Consultant. Mr. Wallenhorst brings breadth and depth of experience integrating Workforce Management Solutions in the Manufacturing arena. He has extensive business process engineering and re-engineering skills in the production and payroll areas and is innovative, creative and results driven. He excels in bringing multiple systems into the supply chain cycle. He has exceptional communication, presentation, documentation and training abilities with 7+ years of Kronos Workforce Timekeeper 6.x, Attendance and Scheduler with expertise using Connect/WIM. Mr. Wallenhorst has played a lead role in numerous Implementations/Upgrades of Kronos, responsible for all Configuration and Interfacing to back-office systems.

Mr. Wallenhorst graduated from Cleveland State in 1990 with a Bachelor's Degree in Quantitative Business Analysis, with an Operations Management Concentration, making the Dean's List.
